This beautiful Whole Home Condo Remodel is for one of your Park City neighbors. A perfect combination of good looks and functionality. No details were left untouched during two phases of the project.
This beautiful updated condo mostly focused on kitchen remodeling and bathroom remodeling and also remodeling in the bedrooms and living room. We begin with the new kitchen.
Classic Hickory cabinets and Rustic island is the mainstay of entertaining in the condo. The second phase of this project consisted of repainting the crown molding and wood work in entry and hallway to bring the rich cabinets to life.
Turning around from the remodeled kitchen gives a wonderful view of the living room space that has been updated with a monochromatic theme. The blinds have been upgraded with a powered dual stage roller screen shade and also a full black out shade for movie night. We also added new lighting, upgraded the entertainment and sound system, and also added a mini-split AC for more comfort in the space.
The bedroom remodeling consists of taking traditional bunk beds and replacing them with these modern built in bunks. The pull out drawers were designed to hold large items such as luggage. Dual stage rollover shades allow privacy or total black out, and here too added a mini-split AC.
The guest room remained mostly the same in the first phase where we upgraded to dual stage blinds to provide a screen or complete black out as used throughout the unit. The 2nd phase then had fresh paint and same mini-split AC unit to continue to bring comfort as well a modern look.
Turning around shows another angle of the guest room looking down the entry. This guest room can be locked out and rented as a stand-alone unit.
The guest room features a new vanity and LED mirror. The bath area is across from the vanity through the door in the reflection.
Here is the shower surround as well as the bidet toilet that was already existing. We stripped the old wallpaper and painted. We continued to paint the doors and trim and replaced all the old electrical switch plates and fixtures.
Now we move onto the master bedroom which first we added electric blinds and painted the ceiling, and then painted the remaining portion of the room that is easy to see here.
The Master bath has been totally renovated with new rift sawn oak cabinetry Neolith countertops and the amazing full size LED mirror!
An extra-large jetted tub and a Toto Washlet toilet complete the master bath area. The deck and skirt of the tub are made from a seamless Neolith. The updated shower in the master bath features a large format tile, Neolith bench, and custom shower glass.
