This photo is of a house that was built before electricity was incorporated into homes! The owner purchased this house and it was in very poor repair. Crossbeam Builders took the home down to the original structure, reinforced the foundation, framing and ultimately restoring the entire building to its’ original beauty.

The following house is in a spectacular location in Park City, UT. The existing structure was a simple and small floor plan. We were able to partner with a local architect to reimagine the space and make room for an additional family member the owners were expecting. We converted a small office to a beautiful nursery, removed the spiral staircase and dysfunctional loft space and replaced them with a gorgeous open kitchen design. Many other updates made this simple structure a place of luxury and comfort.
