Whole Home Remodeling
When Your Home Needs a Fresh Start, We’re Here to Build It Right
Maybe your family’s growing. Maybe your house hasn’t been updated in decades. Or perhaps you’ve just lived in it long enough to know—it could be so much more.
Whole home remodeling isn’t just about giving your space a facelift. It’s about stepping back, rethinking how your home functions, and creating something that suits the way you live today. At Crossbeam Builders, we’re here to walk that journey with you—from the first sketch to the final coat of paint.
If you're in Park City, Deer Valley, or nearby mountain towns, and you're ready to reimagine your home top to bottom, this page is for you.
We Build Value, Not Just Square Footage
Whole home remodeling is a big deal—and it should be. You're not just updating cabinets or switching out flooring. You’re investing in how your space functions, how it feels, and how it supports your lifestyle.
At Crossbeam Builders, our goal is straightforward: to build value into every aspect of your home by staying hands-on, present, and in tune with your needs.
We take pride in our strong communication and smooth project flow. That means we’re listening closely, spotting issues before they snowball, and being proactive so things stay on track. The result? A remodel that not only looks great but feels right—and lasts.
From Concept to Completion—With Care at Every Step
We understand how personal a home renovation can be. It’s not just about layouts and finishes—it’s about your routines, your people, your life.
At Crossbeam Builders, our approach is built on clear communication, a hands-on process, and attention to the little things that make a big difference. We work closely with you (and often with local architects and designers) to create a plan that makes sense and then build it with the quality you expect—and the transparency you deserve.
Whether your remodel is a complete gut job or a carefully staged update, we work diligently to anticipate issues, resolve problems promptly, and ensure the entire experience is as smooth as possible.
Restoring a True Historic Hom
One of our most meaningful projects involved a home built before electricity was even a standard feature. The structure was in rough shape, but it had good bones. We stripped it down to the frame, reinforced the foundation, upgraded everything behind the walls, and lovingly brought the entire home back to life—preserving its original character while making it solid and livable for years to come.
A Growing Family’s Dream Home
In Park City, a family came to us with a challenge: they needed more space with a new baby on the way, but didn’t want to leave their neighborhood. We collaborated with a local architect to reevaluate the entire layout. A tiny office transformed into a cozy nursery, the old spiral staircase was removed, and a beautiful new open kitchen took its place. It turned what felt like a starter home into a space they could grow into, with comfort and style.
What Can a Whole Home Remodel Include?
A complete renovation can touch almost every part of your home. Some of the most common updates we help with include:

- Expanding or reworking kitchens and bathrooms
- Updating electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and insulation
- Reinforcing or replacing structural elements in older homes
- Creating new bedrooms, home offices, nurseries, or guest spaces
- Upgrading finishes, flooring, and lighting throughout
- Blending indoor and outdoor living spaces for a more connected feel
- Smart storage and energy-efficient upgrades
If it’s part of your home, we’ve likely remodeled it.
