Project Design

Once the design agreement is in place, we will develop a detailed plan based on the information from your consultation.

If your project involves other professionals, we are happy to work with your architect or designer. We also provide complete design/build services and have long-standing relationships with trusted local architects, engineers, and interior designers that we can invite to collaborate on your project.

During this phase, we will:

• Assist you with product and material selections
• Arrange site visits with subcontractors and suppliers
• Develop final construction drawings
• Provide a project agreement and a firm price quote
• Outline the construction timeline

Pre-Production

With your construction agreement finalized, we move into the pre-production phase. Here’s what to expect:

• We will review final design adjustments and product selections
• Special order materials will be arranged
• We will handle all necessary permits and approvals
• We will schedule a pre-construction walk-through
• The work area will be prepared for construction

Construction

With all materials secured and plans finalized, we begin construction. From start to finish, we work efficiently and carefully, never cutting corners or compromising quality. You can trust that the work will be done right the first time.

We value clear communication and enjoy meeting with our clients regularly. That’s why we schedule weekly check-ins to review progress, address any concerns, and make sure everything aligns with your expectations.

We also manage every detail of the build so you can focus on your daily life.

Before project completion, we’ll schedule a punch-list walk-through to ensure that everything is finished to your satisfaction and you can start enjoying your home.

Post-Production

Once the work is done, we’re still here to support you. In our post-production phase, we’ll:

• Organize all project documentation and warranties
• Schedule and manage final inspections
• Complete a final walk-through to ensure you’re 100% satisfied

We’re proud to build lasting relationships with our clients. That’s why we offer follow-up visits and are always available to address any additional concerns or needs you might have.

Every project includes manufacturers’ warranties, as well as our industry-leading 2-year workmanship warranty. This consists of a follow-up visit after 12 months to address any issues related to expansion and contraction.
