Holladay
Holladay holds the honor of being Utah’s oldest continuously occupied settlement. Named after Mormon pioneer John Holladay, who settled the area in 1847, the city also includes the nearby Cottonwood settlement. These two communities combined to form Holladay-Cottonwood in November 1999, before the name was shortened to Holladay later that December. Today, Holladay offers a suburban feel with numerous parks and a welcoming community atmosphere.

Kitchen Remodel with Custom Cabinetry
This kitchen remodel retains existing cabinets, which were matched and extended by our skilled cabinet maker. This added much-needed storage between the range and the corner of the island. A former floor-to-ceiling wall at the end of the island was removed to open the space and allow for a spacious quartz countertop. Fresh paint finishes off the existing cabinets, giving the kitchen a clean, updated look.
Another feature includes a pantry and built-in space for the refrigerator. With some creativity and the help of our cabinet maker, we created a dedicated space for the refrigerator and designed the pantry to blend with the existing cabinetry. This left the homeowners with a cohesive look that completes the kitchen space.
