This Alta condominium remodel is a reflection of our customer, both in style and suiting their needs. Starting with the remodeled kitchen above, notice the hanging shelves and decorative pennant light fixtures. Plenty of space is available with the kitchen island as seen below too.
We point your attention to the White Oak flooring as we transition from the Kitchen to the Living Room remodel.
The flooring throughout the majority of the house contrasts with the large format tile with an accent that greets you when walking into the condo. This is a modern ski boot changing area. Notice the built in laundry too.
Here we show the different rooms of bathroom remodeling we completed. First is the main bath that we find upon entering the condo. It has White tile with Black Accent Shower. Notice the Black Hexagon Floor, Black Hexagon Tile Niche and bench.
The next bathroom has a shower-tub combination with a stylish tile pattern accent.
The third remodeled bathroom has a different accent and niche.
Now we return to a highlight of the condo, specifically the kitchen remodeling portion of the project. The quartz countertop is a standout feature along with the stovetop having an induction cooktop. The cabinets are custom-made in white oak and stained to the client’s specifications.
We replaced the windows with new Pella windows, and you can see that the integrated shades are fully retracted. The old closets were removed and replaced with built-in cabinetry. There is also new lighting and Sonos speakers that were added, as well as a fresh coat of paint.
Entering the remodeled living room, the owners are treated to a beautiful view and a serene space to relax truly.
Pella windows with integrated, motorized shades are an immediate draw to your eye. The coffers were a leftover detail from the existing space. They are pretty unique, so we lined them with while oak stained to match the kitchen cabinets and added up-lighting that is dimmable to suit the mood. On the far left of the fireplace is a built-in cabinet. The lower two boxes are stainless steel for firewood, while the top is an inset cabinet with an accent light.
