And while the entire residence may not be large, there is a still a great deal of planning to make it all come out just right.  This beautiful updated condo mostly focused on kitchen remodeling and bathroom remodeling.   We begin with the new kitchen.

With a challenging space, this remodeled kitchen was designed to maximize the space while providing the aesthetics the Owner wanted. The custom cabinets are a stained superior grade Alder. The hexagon backsplash is highlighted by a beautiful Granite countertop and dimmable under-cabinet lighting to aid in task or simply enhance the mood. The backsplash was a design element the owners wanted to incorporate to give an unique feel to the kitchen. We were impressed with the way the texture adds to the kitchen and changes with the light throughout the day.

The remodeled bathroom includes sliding Bi-pass shower doors by Kohler, a beautiful work around to allow access to the controls, and an entry at the rear of the shower. Building limitations prevented us from mounting the controls to the rear of the shower. This little shower packs a punch with the large rainfall shower head and a handheld wand as well.  The dark tones in this vanity are complimented by a matching framed mirror. This was a standalone unit with an engineered stone top and undermount sink, selected by the owner.
