This beautiful updated condominium for one of your Sandy neighbors in Alta consisted of kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling and bedroom remodeling creating an eloquent remodeled home to be a perfect combination of good looks and functionality.  No details were left untouched.

We removed walls to open up the entry, retiling the floors and new doors to make for a grand welcome into the new space. The seating area shows the newly tiled accent wall and fireplace. The previous stone was dark and the new tile gives the space a warm contemporary look.

Of course we need to highlight the beautiful kitchen features of rich Sapele Mahogany, an exotic species of wood. The Island too is a main feature of this remodeled kitchen. The Taj Mahal Leathered finished countertop offer a nice accent to the dark wood of the cabinets. The Wolf Range hood provide work to the work space as well as ventilation.

The living room as seen from the kitchen is a warm inviting space that has unprecedented views down canyon through the new Pella windows.

The bathroom remodel has its own unique details. Redefining a traditional bath within the constraints of existing layout can be challenging. We were able to create a luxurious space, despite limitations the existing structure presented. The unit is also outfitted with a Toto Bidet Washlet, one of our most requested upgrades. The Vanity is made from the same Sapele Mahogany from the kitchen remodeling and topped with Taj Mahal Leathered granite countertop. We were able to enlarge the storage and provide a linen closet, not shown.

Then the owners get to retreat in their remodeled bedroom completed with details including maple doors, trim and window casings.
