This beautiful Condo Remodeling Project was done at one of your Park City neighbors in Deer Valley to brighten up this dated condo.  We also opened up the condo since it was too confined.  We demoed a wall to open up the 2nd floor.  No details were left untouched and we will enjoy sharing the journey of our process.

Let’s begin our story by introducing the Crossbeam team who explains all the details associated to the remodeling project.

A lot of planning goes into the Remodeling Design Build Process.  This includes the Proposed Layout along with precise Measurements and Elevations.

There was a wall here previously with a sideways door purposed as a window’ This was demoed, the custom fabricated railing and stained handrail were added to open the space. This area was re-painted, and soft carpet was added along with luxurious padding underneath.

This is the master suite that we re-carpeted, re-stained the closet doors and trim around the windows, and finally added new can lighting.

A large wall dividing the stairwell was demoed. The fire sprinkler system was inside the wall, so this was also relocated as a result. The stairs themselves were refinished to wood, stained, and a carpet runner was placed over top. The stair railing was fabricated, and powder coated in black. The handrail was crafted by our finish carpenter and stained to match the other stained finishes throughout the home.

The flooring is engineered hardwood that was custom stained.

Next is a dining area with new flooring and the walls were re-painted. The trim around the windows was re-stained.  There is also a small lounge area off the kitchen also with new flooring and the walls were repainted.  The trim to the left side of the fridge was re-stained as well.

Crossbeam re-painted this room, in addition to the entire condo, and the upper transom windows were framed out and added.  The trim surrounding the new windows were added and stained as well. The mantle on the fireplace was re-stained as well.

Now our clients can enjoy a newly remodeled home for their Park City Condo.

Crossbeam came through on a tight schedule and worked around my schedule as the holiday were coming, our HOA restrictions and the weather. Change orders were expected and came through with documentation, explanations and fixed quotes. Chris was able to do an initial walk through and come up with an estimate which came in on target and better than expected. It was a first class job!
