He is how the bathroom looked before Crossbeam Builders arrived to remodel the room.

A lot of planning goes into the Bathroom Design Build Process.  This includes the Proposed Layout along with precise Measurements and Elevations.

Now it was time to get the remodeling started highlighting where the bathtub was before. The drywall was cut when installing the tub so high moisture resistant backer board could be installed to accommodate the new tub.

Welcome to the remodeled bathroom showing the custom-made maple wood floating vanity with a custom wood oak stain.   Upon entering the room you get a nice shot of the half glass shower door that was custom made for this project. The hardware is black to match the overall theme.

The tile you see is the Cabris Glazed Ceramic Bluff, and the tile on the wall is the same as the floor tile.  The robe hooks are also made from Delta and match the shower and bath trim.

This project also included a kitchen renovation.  Here we see the new Terra Sol Quartz Polished 6cm countertop that really brightened up the space. In the back, you can see the dark painted accent wall as well. The backsplash tile is new too.

Look at the beautiful veining of the countertop.

A new Kohler Strive 24″ Single Basin Undermount 16-Gauge Stainless Steel sink was installed.  This provided a deeper work area and a more sleek modern feel.   It is complimented with Cloe Ceramic White Tile. This is a nice textured tile but the neutral feel adds to the overall elegance of the space.

Now our clients can enjoy a newly renovated kitchen along with their completely remodeled bathroom for their Salt Lake City Home.
