Incorporated in 2016 Millcreek covers the areas commonly known as Canyon Rim, East Millcreek, Millcreek and Mount Olympus. With the Wasatch Mountains as a backdrop to the east these communities are in the midst of beautiful scenery, hiking, biking and ally types of outdoor activities. The photo above features a remodel in the Olympus Cove area. This was a dark traditional bathroom layout that was made relevant with a few elegant upgrades. Notice the tub was removed and replaced by a glass shower with some amazing tile details. The pedestal sink was replaced by this more functional sink with space for linens below.

The next photo highlights another room in the same project. While removing the brick hearth and fireplace was too extensive, we brought new life to the feature by replacing the wood burning fire place with an efficient natural gas unit. The concrete floors were stained for a unique and cost-effective alternative.

In the preceding photo you will see an interesting built in desk that was designed for use as a kitchen office. This space was essentially dead space. With cooperation with our cabinet maker we were able to design and convert the space into a functional addition to the home.

This is another simple use of dead space in a Millcreek home. The owners of this space use this basement room as a workout room. The built in cabinet and refrigerator give them a space to keep a cool drink close at hand.
