This beautiful kitchen remodeling and bathroom remodeling project was done for your Park City neighbors, creating a home that is so much more enjoyable to live in.
Let’s begin our story by introducing our Crossbeam client who explain how she felt working with us on this project.
The rooms were dated before Crossbeam arrived as shown in these next two images.
A lot of planning goes into the Kitchen & Bathroom Design Process including the proposed layout.
Next we created renderings of both rooms making it easier for our client to visualize the final remodeled rooms.
Now it was time to get to work with a demolition of the existing rooms.
The finished Kitchen Remodel for our Park City client is a huge improvement from the limited space and lackluster design that used to exist. There used to be inefficient cabinetry in the kitchen before as well. Now you see custom stained cabinets that were fitted exactly to the homeowner’s specifications. The large sink replaced a standard two compartment sink that was re-located slightly in the peninsula, requiring some care from our plumbing partners.
The floor to ceiling cabinets to the left of the refrigerator maximize the space and make for tons of added storage. The countertops were dated, but are now a light quartz countertop is a main feature of the kitchen.
The backsplash is an awesome feature of the kitchen. The timeless herringbone pattern is a bold choice that serves as a nice focal point as well.
The kitchen walls used to be covered in brown paint and were replaced with a light and bright tone that really brightens up the space. We replaced the tired and worn out flooring with new LVP that really ties the space together. The pendant lights above the peninsula are a nice bright addition where nothing previously existed. The hardware carries the midcentury modern flare the client was going for.
Next we share the bathroom remodel portion of this Park City project. The homeowner was really interested in a purple wall color to inspire a spa like feel since the previous color that darkened the space. The new paint color really brightened up the space. The added custom cabinetry creates functional storage space. The gold fixtures make the countertops pop. There was a single mirror in place of the round mirrors that are now on the wall. The modern light fixtures you see replaced standard vanity lighting that dated the space.
The bathroom remodel included us replacing an oversized garden tub to a more spacious and mature shower. The penny tile on the floor adds tons of character to the space. A recessed shower nook was added for convenient toiletry storage. Sleek black shower fixtures replaced standard builder grade fixtures. The modern glass shower door replaced a curtain. To the left you can see the cabinetry insert that replaced open floating shelves that left the space feeling cluttered. Now the homeowner has ample storage for towels and all sorts of items. Heated floors were added for the colder months and added coziness.
We thoroughly enjoy the excitement of our customer getting the remodeled kitchen and bathroom of their dreams.
