Bountiful has a rich history as Utah’s second settlement after Salt Lake City. It was named in part for its reputation as a “garden place.” While commonly thought of as a bedroom community for Salt Lake City, Bountiful has access to the Bonneville Shoreline Trail as well as beautiful parks and other trail systems. Many families and young professionals live in bountiful. The public schools are highly rated. In the photo above is a home that we helped put together in Bountiful. A house featuring a mix of siding materials and a cultured stone wainscot. In the next photo, you will notice a custom fireplace surround, mantle, and some built-in storage cabinets. This living room will be a comfortable place to catch a game or watch a movie with the family once the television is installed. The warmth of the natural gas fireplace is also a great feature to gather around with family and friends.

The next photo is an older home that was renovated in a neighboring area. We rebuilt the firebox and brought the classic wood burning fireplace back to life. Notice the custom mantle and fireplace surround. The Living space is warmed by the new finish on the original Oak plank floor and a fresh coat of paint.
